Two projects by Eco World Development Group (EcoWorld) — NARA at Eco Ardence, Setia Alam, and Norton Garden at Eco Grandeur, Bandar Puncak Alam — have achieved a 70% take-up rate since they were launched late last year.

“We are pleased with the positive response to NARA and Norton Garden. It shows that with the right location, connectivity, product type and concept, demand is still strong,” said EcoWorld president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah in an email interview. “We will continue to strive to make EcoWorld developments the most liveable in the country and for Malaysians to own their dream homes.”

NARA at Eco Ardence comprises 308 garden homes (2-storey terraced units) and courtyard homes (townhouses) with a gross development value of RM345 million. A total of 148 terraced units and 80 townhouses, with a GDV of RM240 million, were launched in Phase 1 last September.

Due to be completed in October 2021, the terraced units will have built-ups of 1,887 to 2,321 sq ft and are priced from RM1.24 million. The townhouses will range in size from 1,012 to 1,212 sq ft, with prices starting from RM711,000.

Features at the project will include a Japanese-inspired clubhouse and a linear garden.

Norton Garden at Eco Grandeur comprises 773 bungalows, semi-detached homes and garden homes (terraced units) with a GDV of RM875.9 million. Last October, 55 bungalows and 138 semi-detached units were unveiled in Phase 1.

Due to be completed in 4Q2021, the bungalows will have built-ups of 2,959 to 3,466 sq ft and are priced from RM1.542 million, while semi-detached units range in size from 2,159 to 2,670 sq ft, with prices starting from RM1.024 million.

The low-density (6.4 units per acre) Norton Garden is gated and guarded and will have an exclusive clubhouse. Access to major highways is easy.

On Jan 22, meanwhile, EcoWorld launched its Home Ownership Programme with EcoWorld (HOPE).

“We are thrilled to have launched HOPE. It is a complete solution for purchasers to kick-start their journey as homeowners or to upgrade to their choice of EcoWorld homes,” said Chang.

“HOPE offers two home ownership options — Stay2Own (S20) and Help2Own (H2O). Each caters for different market segments and provides a comprehensive, practical and effective solution to the current challenge of home ownership in Malaysia. It is also our way of supporting the national agenda on home ownership in Malaysia.”
