（吉隆坡18日讯）龙马（Landmarks Bhd）献议以每股76仙的参阅发售价，私下配股并筹资多达3693万令吉，通过向集团注入新股来振兴及发展业务。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，此参阅价比龙马的5天成交量加权平均价（VWAP）（包括最后可行日期，LPD）的84仙，折价9.5%。

这项私配活动包括发行高达4859万股新股予第三方投资者，相等于该集团的已扩大已发行股本的10%，第三方投资者的身份将于稍后确定。

“根据每股76仙的参阅发行价，龙马料可筹措3654万令吉（最少）或3693万令吉（最多）。”

（吉隆坡3日讯）PPB集团（PPB Group Bhd）今日粉碎其将出售嘉通院线（Golden Screen Cinema，GSC）的传言，强调说计划扩大电影院业务。

该集团今年的资本开销为4亿100万令吉，逾半或2亿1500万令吉将用于扩大电影放映和发行臂膀。该业务为2016财政年的集团营业额贡献11%或4亿6800万令吉。

PPB集团董事经理林顺发今日向记者表示，该集团并未寻求收购提议。首次公开募股（IPO）也不在当前计划中。
