<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>AirAsia China and Indochina CEO Tassapon Bijleveld said the new route will provide an additional 156,000 seats per year to China.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>To celebrate the new route, AirAsia is offering fares from RM149 for standard seats and RM789 for its premium flatbed for booking from now until March 24 and for travel from May 1 to Oct 26.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>AAX shares closed up 0.5 sen or 2% at 25.5 sen today, with 2.02 million shares done, bringing a market capitalisation of RM1.06 billion.<br />
