<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (Sep 19): Compugates Holdings Bhd has announced signing of an OEM Tea Supply and Packaging Collaboration Agreement with Westwood Marketing Sdn Bhd.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said it would manufacture and package Gaharu tea under the brand name “Blackgold” for Westwood, which is a direct selling firm.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The collaboration agreement will be effective for a period of four years, and will involve an estimated total purchase value of RM53 million.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Compugates said the agreement with Westwood would allow it to expand into the agricultural related businesses. It expected the collaboration to contribute positively to its earnings in the next financial year.</div>
