<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The contract is for the construction of super-structure works of an office building located along Persiaran Barat, Seksyen 52 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Crest Builder said its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract by Gelanggang Harapan Construction</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the contract period set out in the letter of award is 19 months from the date of site possession on Nov 3 for completion by June 3, 2016.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group expects the contract to contribute positively to earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2014 and onwards.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of Crest Builder remained unchanged at RM1.49 with 531,100 units traded throughout the day, giving it a market capitalisation of RM245.65 million.</p></div>
