KUALA LUMPUR (March 27): Bulgari South Asia Pacific regional managing director Jeffrey Hang has worked with LVMH group for an impressive 27 years.

His wealth of experience has taught him numerous lessons — one of his biggest takeaways from the pandemic, in particular, is the importance of listening to individual customer needs.

On his first official visit to Malaysia since the pandemic began, Hang talks about his favourite Bulgari pieces and the things that make the brand truly special. He also professes his admiration for Bulgari and how different the vibe in this company is.

“Compared to my previous experiences, this is the first organisation I’ve been in, where everyone lives and breathes Bulgari in a very sincere way. They’re not there because it is the right thing to do, but because they feel passionate about it,” he says.

Other stories to look out for in this issue include a behind-the-scenes look at musical comedy Fortune Kooky; the creation behind the beautiful locally inspired garments by inisaya; and a test drive of the re-styled Maserati Levante S in Langkawi.
