KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 19): It’s all fun and fascination in Options’ Autumn/Winter 2021 fashion focus week, anchored by an on-location photoshoot at the IOI Resort in Putrajaya while featuring Mercedes-Benz’s E-300 Coupe.

Model Natalie Prabha sports some of the season’s best looks from Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo and Dior, paired with mouth-watering jewellery from FOPE and local jeweller SUEN.

While the Trend Report details the top trends that made their way down the autumn/winter runways, there are also two dedicated lookbooks for men and women that will update anyone’s wardrobes for fall and beyond. And if it is simply timely picks for the season for the hearth and home, there are options for that too.

Meanwhile, sustainability in the fashion industry is discussed at length with the news that the fur industry has created a fully certifiable supply chain process, while Ariff Faisal, the founder of local fashion brand Kualesa, describes his approach to his planet-friendly menswear label.

A list of books that showcases how fashion has shaped the world satiates cerebral interest in the subject, while a look at how ateliers have ingrained themselves into the world of film makes for fascinating reading as well.

We also speak to three professional women on how working from home has changed their approach to power dressing, a topic Bonia marketing and communications director Datin Sri Linda Chen weighs in on as well.

Read all of this in the latest issue of Options, which comes with the Sept 20 issue of The Edge Malaysia weekly.
