<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 6): Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd has awarded a RM35.9 million contract to Vintage Tiles Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ML Global Bhd, for building and infrastructure works for a commercial project in Kuantan, Pahang. 
 
The project features 121 units of shop office known as Sinaran Mahkota in Bandar Indera Mahkota. 
 
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, LBS Bina said the duration of the contract is 18 months starting Nov 7. 
 
LBS Bina said the award was granted to Vintage Tiles Industries in view of its lowest price offered and its experience and resources to undertake the project. 
 
LBS Bina shares closed flat at RM1.68 today, while ML Global's share price ended the day up 2 sen or 4.6% to 46 sen.
