<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to the bourse filing, its major shareholder XOX Bhd is currently holding 3.59% direct interest and 22.36% indirect interest in the company.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At the time of writing, M3 Technologies shares were unchanged at five sen apiece, giving it a market capitalisation of RM44.81 million.</p></div>
