KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 26) : Malaysia Airlines Bhd said its fares are dynamically priced based on factors such as demand, promotion, and seasonal period.

The national airline said in a reply to a user on its official Facebook page who had asked about the high ticket price for flights to Kuching.

“Why are your fares to Kuching, Sarawak so expensive? Pity my fellow Sarawakians who are looking forward to reuniting with families this Christmas, come on MAB,” the user wrote.

Malaysia Airlines’ travel and lifestyle programme, Enrich, recently held a one-day “11.11 Great Malaysia Sale” for its members who booked flights and hotel rooms for domestic travel between Thursday (Nov 11) and April 21, 2022.

The airline said the 24-hour flight redemption sale allowed customers to enjoy from as low as 1,800 Enrich points for economy class and 7,000 Enrich points for business class. Members were also allowed to earn double Enrich Points from Enrich hotels for bookings made via enrichhotels.com.
