KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Kim Eng Group Bhd is hosting its second annual Invest Asia USA Conference this week across three cities in the United States, which will feature Malayan Banking Bhd, Perdana Petroleum Bhd and Yinson Holdings Bhd from Bursa Malaysia.

The conference, which is an extension of Maybank Kim Eng’s flagship Invest Asean conference, will be held in New York, Boston and San Francisco.

In a statement last Friday, Maybank Kim Eng Group chief executive officer John Cheng said the conference allows it to showcase directly to investors the companies at the heart of its thought-leading ideas.

“Maybank Kim Eng is an IDEAS house and our job is to continuously inspire our clients with unique investment opportunities,” he added.

Senior management from 18 fast-growing companies will be presenting to more than 80 tier-1 investors, generating over 300 one-on-one meetings. These companies at the conference are listed on eight of Asia’s leading exchanges from Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
