KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 5): Association of Development Finance Institutions of Malaysia (ADFIM) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its African counterpart, the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI), to pave the way for the exchange of expertise among their members.

ADFIM chairman Datuk Mohd Radzif Mohd Yunus said in a press conference today that it was a general collaboration on exchanging ideas between the two parties.

"The MoU is to share experiences in terms of modalities, best practices and social economy development," he said after the opening ceremony of the 10th International CEO forum here.

ADFIM has about 20 members, comprising development financing institutions (DFIs) and entrepreneur development organisations in Malaysia, noted Radzif.

The three-day event is attended by 250 delegates who aim to share their views, knowledge and experience to strengthen ties amongst participating DFIs.
