OSK Property’s MIRA at Shorea Park has achieved a take-up rate of 85% since its launch on Sept 25 last year. Sitting on a 4.98-acre freehold parcel and part of the larger 27.7-acre Shorea Park development in Puchong, the serviced apartment project comprises two 31-storey towers with a total of 908 units.

Due to be completed in August 2025, MIRA at Shorea Park has a gross development value (GDV) of RM363 million.

OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin says in an email, “We have garnered very positive response and feedback from the market with our first presence in Puchong. This also shows that with the right pricing, amenities and strategic location, we have succeeded in catering for the essential needs of our customers in their home ownership journey.”

He adds that the majority of buyers at MIRA at Shorea Park are purchasing for their own stay, hence the higher demand for larger units.

Developed by the property division of OSK Holdings Bhd, Shorea Park will have five phases in total.

Following the high take-up in Phase 1, MIRA at Shorea Park, OSK Property is planning to launch the second phase, ANYA at Shorea Park, in 3Q2022. The latter has a GDV of RM1.76 billion and comprises serviced apartments and a commercial development.

“Those who missed out on the first phase, MIRA, and its larger units will now be able to seize another opportunity to own a unit in this location with the upcoming launch of Phase 2 ANYA at Shorea Park. This freehold serviced apartment development is now open for registration.

“It offers four spacious and flexible layouts with built-ups of 560 to 1,389 sq ft, and a dual-key concept to cater for multigenerational living,” says Ong.

The developer has plans for another serviced apartment development in Phase 3 and commercial development in Phases 4A and 4B.

Construction of Shorea Park commenced in August last year and the entire development will take about 10 years to be completed. The project will have practical yet distinctive designs inspired by the elements of water, wood, flora, stone and air.

Its proposed facilities include a jogging track, futsal court, oasis lounge, 60m swimming pool, wading pool, hydrotherapy spa, reflective stream, barbecue area, gym, outdoor fitness area and herb garden.

OSK Property will also offer a multipurpose hall as well as a co-working space for those working from home. The size of the co-working space will be equivalent to three apartments.

Shorea Park is located in a mature area in Puchong — Taman Meranti Permai in Puchong South, which is close to the Bandar Bukit Puchong 2 township, says Ong.

“Amenities nearby include Setia Walk, IOI Boulevard, IOI City Mall, Tamarind Square, Lotus’s Bandar Bukit Puchong, Aeon Big Puchong Utama, Hero Market, Columbia Asia Hospital, KPMC Puchong Specialist Centre, Taylor’s International School, SK Pulau Meranti, SMK Puchong Utama and SJK(C) Sin Ming,” he continues.

Shorea Park is accessible via the Damansara-

Puchong Expressway (LDP), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, Maju Expressway (MEX) and North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE).
