- Any person caught selling tobacco and vape products to those born after 2007 will be liable to a fine not exceeding RM20,000 or/and up to one year in jail for the first offence, followed by a fine not exceeding RM30,000 or/and up to two years in jail for subsequent offences.
- Any firm caught selling illegal tobacco and vape products to those born after 2007 will be liable to a fine not less than RM20,000 and not exceeding RM100,000 or/and up to two years in jail for the first offence, followed by a fine not less than RM50,000 and not exceeding RM300,000 or/and up to three years in jail for subsequent offences.
