KUALA LUMPUR (April 11): Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (Perodua) launched a special limited-edition Bezza today at the Malaysia Autoshow 2019.

The limited-edition Bezza will only be available for booking by the public at the Malaysia Autoshow 2019 in Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), which runs from today till Sunday (April 14).

There will only be 50 units of the model and it is not available at any Perodua sales outlet nationwide.

The car is based on the Bezza 1.3 X and its price — on-the-road before insurance — is RM44,890.

In attendance for the car launch was Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who visited the Perodua booth after launching the Malaysia Autoshow 2019.

Themed "Mobility for All", the Malaysia Autoshow 2019 showcased the latest vehicles on the market, highlighting the advances in technology, safety and comfort of vehicles as well as exhibiting the latest industry trends as the world moves towards connected mobility.

Organized by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), the autoshow houses more than 32 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and 170 exhibitors from seven countries that are taking part in the exhibitions this year.

The exhibitions include showcase of more than 100 car models including the newest Energy Efficient Vehicles (EEV). Visitors are also offered special packages and deals, as well as special finance packages through its bank partner at the show.
