Seadrill, an offshore drilling company headquartered in Bermuda, holds a 8.18% stake in SapuraKencana as at April 15, 2014. 
 
Antonello has previously served as Senior Vice President for Brazil, and has served as Latin America Area Manager since the establishment of Seadrill in the country in 2008. 
 
“Mr Antonello has previous international background in business development activities, operations management, well services and drilling engineering, having worked for Schlumberger in the Middle East, United States and England, and most recently as country manager in Brazil,” said SapuraKencana in its statement to the exchange. 
 
SapuraKencana closed at RM4.15, up 4 sen, translating to a market capitalisation of RM24.9 billion.</div>
