<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement Friday, the SC highlighted that Ken Ong, 40, was charged for furnishing a false statement relating to AMGB’s revenue of RM11.13 million to Bursa Malaysia, an offence under section 369(b) (B) of Capital Market Services Act (CMSA).</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“If convicted, Ken Ong could face imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding RM3 million,” it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SC added that&nbsp;the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Judge Kamarudin Kamsun had granted bail of RM150,000 with one surety, on condition that Ong surrenders his passport to the court.</p></div>
